The Bundesverband der Pharmazeutischen Industrie e.V. (BPI) represents the interests of the pharmaceutical industry in Germany. Based in Berlin, BPI advocates for favorable policies and regulations to support pharmaceutical companies, ensuring the availability of innovative and effective medications. With a focus on healthcare improvement, BPI engages with stakeholders to enhance the pharmaceutical sector's contribution to public health.
Solution
We conducted several workshops to understand BPI's requirements and goals. Our support included:
Optimising Team and SharePoint Site Structure: We assisted in designing the optimal team and SharePoint site structure to suit their organisational needs. This included setting up document libraries, permission structures, and organising content for easy access and management.
Modern Collaboration Features: We demonstrated the use of modern collaboration features such as sharing documents and folders, document versioning, and effective utilisation of Microsoft Search to enhance knowledge management and productivity.
IT Security Assessment: We performed a comprehensive IT security assessment of their Microsoft 365 tenant and proposed several enhancements to improve security and compliance.
User Training on Microsoft Teams: We provided training sessions for all staff members, focusing on using Microsoft Teams for effective collaboration, communication, and remote work.
Outcome
Our comprehensive support enabled BPI to make the most of their Microsoft 365 platform, significantly enhancing their knowledge management and productivity. The optimised team and SharePoint site structure facilitated better organisation and access to information. The training on modern collaboration tools empowered staff to work more efficiently and collaboratively. The IT security assessment and subsequent enhancements ensured that BPI’s data and communications were secure and compliant with industry standards. Overall, the project successfully transformed BPI's use of Microsoft 365, aligning with their goals for improved productivity and knowledge management.
