About the Role
As a Microsoft 365 Solutions Consultant, you'll drive client engagement, support sales processes, initiate projects, design solutions, and manage client relationships. Join our team and leverage your expertise to transform client operations through innovative Microsoft 365 solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Engage with clients to understand needs and present tailored solutions.
Conduct product demos and presentations.
Sales Support:
Collaborate on project proposals and quotes.
Assist in sales meetings and deal closures.
Project Initiation:
Lead initial workshops to capture business requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications.
Solution Design:
Design solutions that integrate seamlessly with client operations and our capabilities.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility.
Relationship Management:
Maintain ongoing client relationships.
Serve as the primary contact during project kick-off phases.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft 365 technologies with a strong IT background.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Technical proficiency in C#, JavaScript, PowerShell, SQL, CSS, Git, Visual Studio Code.
Experience with agile development processes and SCRUM project management.
Desirable: Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365.
